The National Business Aviation Association Political Action Committee (NBAA-PAC) is the bipartisan, federal political action committee for the National Business Aviation Association. NBAA-PAC's purpose is to raise funds and make contributions to federal candidates on both sides of the aisle who recognize the needs of general aviation and understand our industry. Because of the importance of a strong PAC, NBAA is committed to making NBAA-PAC one of the leading trade association PACs in the country. A key part of our strategy involves educating the employees of NBAA Member Companies about NBAA-PAC.

Each year, thousands of companies across the country allow trade association PACs to educate their employees about their PACs and solicit contributions from them. Allowing trade associations to contact the employees of its Member Companies is very valuable – particularly to those Member Companies that do not have their own PACs. That is why, each year, thousands of companies across the country give permission for trade association PACs to educate their employees about PACs and solicit contributions from them.

Like all trade association PACs, NBAA-PAC must obtain permission from an NBAA Member Company before it can educate and solicit contributions from that company’s employees. Only an authorized representative of the Member Company may grant permission for solicitations, and such permission may only be granted to one trade association PAC. If you wish to authorize the NBAA-PAC to contact, educate and solicit contributions from your company’s employees, please complete the NBAA-PAC prior approval form.
