Registration for the Maintenance Management Conference includes: all continental breakfasts, lunches and breaks; all breakout sessions; exhibit hall admittance; and Wednesday evening's networking event. Additional registration fees are required for the NBAA PDP Course: Technical Operations Manual Workshop.

Cancellation Policy

Please email your cancellation or substitution request to registration@nbaa.org or send via fax to (202) 478-0036. A 10% processing fee will be processed for cancellations received in writing prior to Friday, April 18, 2014.

NOTE: There will be no refunds after April 18, 2014.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
