NBAA PDP Course: Emergency Response and Family Assistance Planning for Business Aviation

Held in conjunction with the NBAA 2012 Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in San Diego, CA.

This two-day workshop provides participants with a substantial awareness of the challenges faced by any organization experiencing a serious aviation-related accident. Participants take away important skills and materials needed to develop or enhance their organization’s emergency response plans. The course also covers media communications during an emergency response and supporting accident survivors and families.

This course meets NBAA PDP Operations Objective 5.
