Attendees will participate in group discussions on targeted scenarios covering topics including:

- options for supplemental lift
- public relations and marketing
- communication techniques
- developing business plans
- reflecting and enhancing corporate culture
- the scope of the flight department function
This course fullfills NBAA PDP Business Management Objective 1.
