This course will assist those in business aviation with the important task of communicating the value of aviation resources by interacting with key people about flight department capabilities in order to help the corporation achieve its goals. Attendees will participate in group discussions on targeted scenarios covering topics including:

• corporate travel analysis
• options for supplemental lift
• public relations and marketing
• communication techniques
• developing business plans
• reflecting and enhancing corporate culture
• the scope of the flight department function

This course fullfills NBAA PDP Business Management Objective 1.
