Substitutions and Cancellations

A full refund less a 10 percent processing fee will be made for cancellations received in writing prior to June 8, 2012. NBAA understands the last-minute nature of business aviation and has allowed as much flexibility as possible. However, there will be NO REFUNDS after June 8, 2012. All requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. If you are unable to attend and wish to send another representative from your company, simply e-mail the name of your replacement to [email protected].

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
