NBAA2003 IN ORLANDO BREAKS RECORDS
The NBAA 56th Annual Meeting & Convention, held October 7, 8, 9 at the Orlando/Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, closed with a total of 28,574 Attendees viewing the products and services of a record 1,068 Exhibiting Companies occupying nearly a million square feet of exhibit space. In addition, 111 aircraft were on Static Display at Orlando Executive Airport and 75 Informational Sessions were offered throughout the week. Learn more at:

REGIONAL FORUM COMES TO ARIZONA'S SCOTTSDALE AIRPORT ON NOV. 13
The next NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum will be held next week in Scottsdale, AZ on Thursday, November 13, at the Scottsdale Air Center on Scottsdale Airport (SDL), where hundreds of Attendees will view the offerings of 50 Exhibitors and 25 of the latest business aircraft on static display. This event also will feature a number of informational sessions and briefings for the business aviation community in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Session topics include: Business aviation initiatives, FAA regulatory update, security for business aviation operations, Arizona state aviation taxes, flight department management systems, regional update by the Arizona Business Aviation Association, Reduced Vertical Separation Minimums (RVSM), aging aircraft issues, and conducting effective pre-purchase evaluations. LABACE2004 PRIORITY LOTTERY DRAWING DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL NOV. 7
The Priority Lottery drawing deadline for LABACE2004 -- to be held April 15, 16, 17, 2004, in São Paulo, Brazil -- has been extended until this Friday, November 7. Failure to submit the LABACE2004 Exhibit Application/Contract accompanied by a deposit on or before the November 7 deadline will prevent your company from being included in the Lottery. Companies whose applications are received after November 7 will be placed only after those eligible for the Lottery have been assigned, booth space permitting. The Priority-One deadline for LABACE2004 Static Display space has been extended until this Friday, November 7. Space is limited so please respond as soon as possible. The cost of a 6-meter by 6-meter Static Display space is $750 and due with the Static Display of Aircraft Application/Contract. EBACE2004 PRIORITY LOTTERY DRAWING DEADLINE IS NOV. 14
The Priority Lottery drawing for EBACE2004 -- to be held May 25, 26, 27, 2004, in Geneva, Switzerland -- is Friday, November 14. Note that failure to submit the application form accompanied by a deposit on or before the November 14 deadline will prevent your company from being included in the Lottery. Companies whose applications are received after the November 14 deadline will be placed once those eligible for the Lottery have been assigned, booth space permitting. The Priority-One deadline for EBACE2004 Static Display space is Friday, November 14. The cost of a 6-meter by 6-meter Static Display space is $625 and due with the Static Display of Aircraft Application/Contract. Note: For the first time, EBACE will welcome previously titled aircraft on the Static Display; there is no indoor booth requirement for aircraft resellers. NBAA2004 EXHIBITOR PROSPECTUS TO MAIL BY JAN. 5, DISCOUNT DETAILS INCLUDED
The NBAA2004 Exhibitor Prospectus is being completed and will mail by Friday, January 5. The Priority-Lottery deadline for indoor booth space and the Priority-One deadline for Static Display space is Wednesday, February 18, so please plan accordingly. Note that if full payment is received by February 18, NBAA offers a $100 discount per 10-foot by 10-foot indoor booth space ordered. Also, for the first time, if full Static Display payment is received, NBAA will offer a $50 discount per 20-foot by 20-foot Static Display space reserved. MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW FOR 2004 REGIONAL FORUM SERIES
NBAA has selected the following dates and locations for the 2004 Business Aviation Regional Forum series: March 10 in West Palm Beach, June 24 in Chicago, August 26 in Seattle and November 18 in Dallas/Fort Worth. In addition, Forums also are being planned for May in London and July in China.
