SEATTLE REGIONAL FORUM DRAWS GREAT CROWD
More than 650 people attended NBAA's Business Aviation Regional Forum on August 26 at Seattle’s
Boeing Field/King County International Airport (BFI). The event featured the products and
services of 46 indoor Exhibitors, 21 static aircraft and a full slate of informational sessions.
NBAA's next Business Aviation Regional Forum will be held November 18 at Dallas Love Field
Airport (DAL). Hosted by Business Jet Center, the Forum will include a special session about
"The Emerging Very Light Jet Market." The 2005 NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forums
schedule will be announced at the NBAA 57th Annual Meeting & Convention in Las Vegas.

NBAA2004 OPENS IN SIX WEEKS
The NBAA 57th Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2004) will be held October 12, 13, 14,
2004, at the Las Vegas Convention Center, with a Static Display of Aircraft at nearby Henderson
Airport (HND). Currently, 1,021 Exhibitors have registered for NBAA2004, occupying 4,594 10-foot
by 10-foot booth spaces, and indoor exhibit space is still available. More than 30,000 people
are expected to attend this year's Show. Highlights of the event will be Opening General Session
appearances by astronaut Neil Armstrong and test pilot Scott A. Crossfield, as well as world-class
entertainment by Kenny Loggins at the NBAA Gala the evening of October 13. For more information,

STATIC DISPLAY SPACE NEARLY SOLD OUT
Limited space remains on the NBAA2004 Static Display of Aircraft, so Members are advised to

NBAA2004 STATIC AIRCRAFT DEADLINES AND SET-UP ADVISORY
Static Display Exhibitors should note the following deadlines: electrical order forms, 30-day
advanced price, Monday, September 13; ground power unit (GPU) orders, Monday, September 20;
and air-conditioning unit (ACU) orders, September 20. In addition, due to the unique nature
of the NBAA2004 Static Display layout at Henderson Airport, a slotting procedure will be implemented
this year. This layout will prevent use of the "open window" arrival procedure of
years past. Static Display Exhibitors must arrive during allotted slots to be accommodated
at the Static Display. Depending on their placement, Exhibitor aircraft may be required to

2005 SCHEDULERS & DISPATCHERS EXHIBITOR PROSPECTUS TO MAIL IN OCTOBER
The Exhibitor Prospectus for the NBAA 16th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference,
to be held February 14 to 16, 2005, at the Reno Hilton in Reno, NV, will be mailed by early
October, and copies will be available at NBAA2004 in Las Vegas. The 2004 Schedulers &
Dispatchers Conference registered more than 1,450 Attendees and a record 238 Exhibitors, and
in 2005, more than 250 Exhibitors are anticipated. A preliminary agenda for this event will

2005 MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE TO FEATURE EXHIBITS
Maintenance products and services providers are invited to exhibit at next spring's NBAA Maintenance
Management Conference, April 10 to 13, 2005, at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO.
