NEXT LOTTERY DEADLINE FOR NBAA2005 EXHIBITORS IS FEB. 28
Priority One Exhibitors -- those with 2,000 or more net square feet of booth space --
have been placed through a lottery system for the NBAA 58th Annual Meeting & Convention
(NBAA2005), to be held November 15, 16, 17, 2005, in New Orleans, LA. The next lottery
deadline is February 28. The balance of Exhibitor prospects will receive the NBAA2005
Exhibitor Prospectus in the mail this month. The Exhibitor Prospectus also will be posted
online shortly. The deadline for all Static Display Exhibitors to be placed in the lottery

LABACE2005 EXHIBITOR DETAILS ONLINE
This year's LABACE, the only Latin American exhibition to focus exclusively on business aviation, will be held
March 31, April 1, 2, 2005, in São Paulo, Brazil. Exhibitors that have submitted applications to date have been
placed. The LABACE2005 Preliminary Program is mailing now, and the Advance Program with more in-depth details
about the LABACE Informational Sessions will be mailed by the end of this month. Review LABACE Exhibitor

EBACE2005 EXPECTED TO SELL OUT
EBACE2005, the only European exhibition to focus exclusively on business aviation, will be held May 18, 19, 20, 2005,
in Geneva, Switzerland. Due to the overwhelming growth of this event, NBAA expects exhibit space to sell out this year,
and all Exhibitors must be either NBAA Members or European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) members. Exhibitors
that have submitted applications to date have been placed, and the latest EBACE2005 floorplan is available on the
EBACE web site at http://www.ebace.aero/exhibitors/map-floor.php. The EBACE2005 Preliminary Program will mail in
early January, and the Advance Program with more in-depth details about EBACE Informational Sessions will mail by

FUTURE EBACE DATES ANNOUNCED
NBAA announces that the following EBACE dates have been confirmed with Geneva Palexpo, the world-class conference
center located adjacent to Geneva International Airport:
- Wednesday, May 3, to Friday, May 5, 2006
- Tuesday, May 22, to Thursday, May 24, 2007
- Tuesday, May 20, to Thursday, May 22, 2008
- Tuesday, May 12, to Thursday, May 14, 2009

ABACE2005 COMES TO SHANGHAI IN AUGUST
Modeled after successful NBAA-sponsored events in the United States, Europe and Latin America and following its Forum
debut in Hong Kong in 2004, the Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE2005) will showcase business
aviation products, services and aircraft on August 9, 10, 11, 2005, at the Shanghai New International Exhibition
Center (SNIEC) and Hongqiao Airport in Shanghai. The ABACE Preliminary Program will mail to Members in early February.

EXHIBIT SPACES STILL AVAILABLE FOR SCHEDULERS & DISPATCHERS CONFERENCE
Limited space is still available for the NBAA 16th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference, which will kick off with a
Welcome Reception on February 13, followed by sessions from February 14 through 16 in Reno, NV. Currently, 251 Exhibitors
are slated to participate, which already exceeds 2004's record total of 238. Last year marked NBAA's best attended
Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference ever, with more than 1,450 Attendees, and a strong turnout is expected this year

Three NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forums are scheduled for 2005: April 21 at Republic Airport in Farmingdale,
NY; July 7 at Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC) in San Jose, CA; and September 15 at Centennial
Airport (APA) in Denver, CO. Exhibitors that sign up for all three Regional Forums by February 1 receive a discount.
