Show Guide Advertising Insertion Orders Due Tomorrow
The NBAA2006 Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies will be distributed to Attendees at the Convention with their credentials. The Show Guide is helpful in familiarizing visitors with the happenings at the year's most important international business aviation event and provides many advertising opportunities. Advertisers in the 2006 NBAA Directory of Member Companies, Aircraft & Personnel are eligible to receive a 15-percent discount on their advertisement in the NBAA2006 Show Guide. Insertion orders are due by this Friday, August 4, and artwork is due no later than Friday, August 18. For more information, visit:

Don't Miss ABACE2007 Lottery Deadline This Month
The Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE2007) will be held February 6 and 7 at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong, followed by NBAA's Japan Business Aviation Regional Forum on February 9 at Nagoya Airport. Help bring business aviation to Asia by exhibiting at the only business aviation events on that continent. Exhibitors are encouraged to submit their booth space applications and payment in full by the lottery deadline of Wednesday, August 16. NBAA2006 Advance Program Now Available
From October 17 to 19 in Orlando, FL, the NBAA 59th Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2006) will feature the products and services of more than 1,100 Exhibitors in nearly one million square feet of exhibit space at the Orange County Convention Center. In addition, more than 110 aircraft will be on display at Orlando Executive Airport (ORL), and a comprehensive schedule of Informational Sessions will address timely issues affecting the business aviation community. Exhibitors Urged to Book Hotel and Flight Reservations Online
NBAA2006 hotel rates have been negotiated by NBAA to give Exhibitors the lowest rates at official show hotels; no pre-payment for hotel reservations; immediate confirmations; the option to update or cancel hotel reservations online without fees or penalties; and descriptions, photos and maps to aid in choosing hotels. NBAA also offers the lowest web-based fares on preferred airlines and up to 20 percent in additional airfare discounts. Exhibitor Badge Registration and Mailing Service
NBAA offers the convenience of online badge registration to NBAA2006 Exhibitors. All Exhibitors will receive a user ID and password to access the web-based registration system. Exhibitors are asked to register all personnel online by October 2. If the registration is completed online by October 2, NBAA will mail Exhibitor badges to one company representative. Badges are scheduled for mailing between August 1 and October 2. Badges not mailed can be collected at the registration area in Orlando; Exhibitor Registration is located in the South Concourse at the Orange County Convention Center. Gala Features The Commodores and Starship & Friends
The Association offers NBAA2006 Exhibitors an ideal opportunity to entertain their customers with a night of Motown and classic rock. On the evening of Wednesday, October 18, NBAA will host its Gala, featuring entertainment by The Commodores and Starship & Friends. Attendees will dance to hits such as "Brick House," "Lady" and "Too Hot to Trot" by The Commodores, and favorites such as "We Built This City" and "Eye of the Tiger" by Starship & Friends. Tickets are going fast, but individual seats ($165) and tables of 10 ($1,500) are still available for purchase. Chairman's Charity Classic Registration Now Available
Held in conjunction with NBAA2006, the NBAA 10th Annual Chairman's Charity Classic Golf Tournament has been set for Sunday, October 15 at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL. Next NBAA Regional Forum to Be Held in Long Beach, CA
NBAA's next Business Aviation Regional Forum will be held on November 16 at the Long Beach Airport (LGB) AirFlite Aviation facility in California. In addition to approximately 60 Exhibitors and 30 static aircraft, this event will feature sessions about how to deal with FAA, NTSB and DOT investigations, international flight planning and business aviation state tax issues. Arizona Events Offer Special Opportunity for Exhibitors This January
NBAA Exhibitors are invited to take advantage of two events to be held in Phoenix and Scottsdale, AZ, this January. The NBAA 18th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Conference will be held January 21 to 24, 2007, at the Phoenix Convention Center. Immediately following the Conference, an NBAA Business Aviation Regional Forum will be held on Thursday, January 25, at the Scottsdale Jet Center on Scottsdale Airport (SDL). These two Arizona events have been scheduled consecutively to make the exhibiting experience more efficient for those Exhibitors opting to participate in both events. Interested parties also may register for an NBAA Regulatory Hot Topics Forum hosted by the NBAA Tax Committee on Friday, January 26, at a location near SDL. S&D Exhibitor Prospectus to Mail in Early September
Plans are well underway for the NBAA 18th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference to be held January 21 to 24 in Phoenix. The Exhibitor Prospectus for the 2007 S&D Conference will mail to Exhibitors by early September. The 2006 event drew a record-breaking 2,200 Attendees and 322 Exhibitors, making it NBAA's largest annual seminar. Review the details of the 2006 event online at:
