February Events to Address Needs of Asian Markets
Help bring business aviation to Asia by joining NBAA at the only business aviation events in Asia: the Asian Business Aviation Conference &
Exhibition (ABACE2007) to be held February 6 and 7 at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong, and the ABACE Japan Forum Nagoya, Aichi, to be held
February 9 on Nagoya Airport in Japan. More than 50 Exhibitors and thousands of Attendees are expected at ABACE2007, designed to catalyze the Asian
market, educate regulatory authorities in the region and introduce Asian business leaders to the benefits of business aviation, so successful in
other parts of the world. The ABACE Japan Forum will provide the opportunity to help foster the growth of business aviation in Japan. To register,
exhibit or make housing arrangements, visit:

EBACE2007: Driving Commerce in Europe and Beyond
NBAA Members should plan now to attend and exhibit at the 7th Annual European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2007), to be held
May 22 though 24 in Geneva. EBACE is the best place in Europe to find business aviation products and services from the world's top vendors, to learn
about the latest operational issues and to meet face-to-face with the regulators and government officials who make decisions that directly affect
business aviation operations in Europe and around the world. Close to 10,000 people will gather in Halls 6 and 7 of Geneva Palexpo and at the Static
Display of Aircraft on Geneva International Airport. To access the Exhibitor Prospectus, exhibit applications, floor plan and housing
information, visit:

Act Now to Exhibit and Sponsor at Record-Setting S&D
Conference
Only a few booths and sponsorship opportunities are still available for NBAA's 18th Annual Schedulers & Dispatchers (S&D) Conference, to be
held January 21 to 24 at the new Phoenix Convention Center. Don't miss your chance to participate in one of business aviation's premier events, which
offers 30 educational sessions and workshops, and the opportunity to network with more than 2,000 industry peers. To date, 325 booths have been sold,
which already breaks the previous year's record of 322. The Exhibitor Prospectus, which contains details about exhibiting, advertising and

Don't Miss Scottsdale Regional Forum on Jan. 25
NBAA's next Business Aviation Regional Forum will be held January 25 at Scottsdale Airport (SDL) in Scottsdale, AZ. The Regional Forum is a day-long
learning and networking experience designed to meet the needs of the regional business aviation community, and to provide an introduction to local
business leaders interested in learning more about business aviation. The Scottsdale event will feature approximately 60 Exhibitors, hundreds of
Attendees, 30 static aircraft and several briefings on topics of interest to the Southwest U.S. business aviation community. For more information
about hotel and travel information, or how to exhibit, visit:
http://www.nbaa.org/events/forums/20070125/
|
Mark Your Calendar: 2007 Regional Forum Schedule
In addition to the Scottsdale event, next year NBAA will host Business Aviation Regional Forums in Nagoya, Japan; Fort Lauderdale, FL; White Plains,
NY; St. Louis, MO; and Oakland, CA. Regional Forums bring business aircraft owners, operators, manufacturers, customers and other industry personnel
together for a one-day event at the best airports and FBOs in the nation and abroad. Because the Regional Forums are hosted in locations on a
regional basis, Exhibitors and Attendees can meet with sales prospects and colleagues to share ideas relative to their particular geographic region.

NBAA Marks Passing of Leonard M. Greene, Aviation Safety Advocate
Leonard M. Greene, 88, died of cancer on November 30. Aviation safety advocate, inventor and entrepreneur, Greene was founder and honorary chairman
of Safe Flight Instrument Corp., supplier of air safety and performance technology to the majority of the world's aircraft manufacturers. Founded in
1946, the company was launched by Greene's invention of the stall warning indicator. Greene also co-founded Corporate Angel Network, which flies more
than 2,500 cancer patients per year to treatment centers for free by using empty seats on business aircraft. In 1996, NBAA honored him with the
Meritorious Service to Aviation Award for his significant contributions to aviation. Greene was preceded in death by his son, Donald, a passenger on
United Flight 93, which crashed over Pennsylvania on September 11, 2001. A memorial service for Greene was held December 4 in White Plains, NY. In
lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Corporate Angel Network, Westchester County Airport, One Loop Rd., White Plains, NY
10604.
