New for 2010: Lock In Your NBAA Indoor Exhibit Rates for Three Years
Exhibiting Companies that submit applications and payment in full for the NBAA 63rd Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2010) on or before February
28, 2010, and commit to exhibiting at NBAA's Annual Meeting & Convention in a same size or larger size booth for three years (in 2010, 2011 and
2012) will be eligible to pay the 2009 rate during each of the three years of their commitment. The 2009 price will remain $2,345 for each 10-foot by
10-foot booth space reserved per year, provided Exhibitors meet all deadlines and conditions of the three-year package. Exhibitors not participating
in this three-year offer should expect indoor exhibit rates to increase by at least 3 percent for each of the three years. The three-year pricing
package does not apply to space at the Static Display of Aircraft. NBAA2010 Exhibitor information, including the NBAA2010 Exhibitor Prospectus
and exhibit application/contract, will be available online in early January. For more information, including details and conditions of the three-year
package, contact NBAA's Linda Peters at lpeters@nbaa.org.

NBAA2010 to Provide Incredible Access to Business Aviation Decision-Makers
According to a survey of Attendees and Exhibitors at the NBAA 62nd Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2009) in October, 47 percent of Attendees
were either owners/presidents, chief financial officers, chief operating officers or vice presidents of their companies, and 60 percent either owned
or operated aircraft. NBAA2010, to be held in Atlanta, GA, from October 19 to 21, 2010, will provide companies with incredible access to
decision-makers in the business aviation industry. As one survey participant shared, "If you're involved with business aviation, NBAA is a MUST!"

2010 Regional Forums Give Exposure to Local Markets
Studies have shown that companies using aircraft for business purposes generate jobs, local investment and economic activity in the towns where they
operate. NBAA's Business Aviation Regional Forums are designed to meet the needs of these local businesses by providing a venue for exchanging
information about specific airport policies, environmental protocols, safety and security proposals, taxation and other issues. For companies
interested in targeting a local market, NBAA will host four Regional Forums in 2010 at general aviation airports located in Houston, TX, Van Nuys,
CA, Teterboro, NJ and Chicago, IL. To learn more or exhibit, the 2010 Exhibitor Prospectus for these events is available online in PDF format
at:

Agenda Set for Houston Regional Forum on Jan. 14

approximately 50 indoor exhibits and 20 static aircraft, the Houston Regional Forum will feature sessions on regulatory issues related to EU-ETS,
challenges and opportunities for business aviation, runway excursion prevention, and aircraft ownership and operations considerations. Details about
housing and transportation, exhibit and sponsorship opportunities, and the agenda are available at:

Exhibitors: Beware of Show Guide Scams
Exhibitors at NBAA events should be cautious of requests from unauthorized companies to participate in unofficial show publications. The NBAA2010
Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies is the only official show guide of NBAA's 63rd Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2010) and
is produced solely by NBAA. Similarly, the EBACE2010 Show Guide & Directory of Exhibiting Companies is the exclusive publication of
EBACE2010, and is produced exclusively by EBACE Management. NBAA advises Exhibitors that companies and publications not sanctioned by NBAA are not
affiliated with NBAA2010 and EBACE2010. Exhibitors placing orders with unauthorized companies and publications do so at their own risk. Exhibitors
with questions on their Show Guide listings should contact NBAA's Maureen Cameron at mcameron@nbaa.org.
