Deadline Approaching for S&D Show Program Advertising
Exhibitors at the 23rd Annual S&D Conference can enhance their visibility at the event by placing an ad in the must-have show resource that each
Attendee and Exhibitor receives and uses – their NBAA Show Program and Directory of Exhibiting Companies. This 140-page reference
includes a complete conference agenda, the exhibit hall layout, a buyer's guide and a complete listing of all Exhibitors. The Show Program
makes an excellent addition to any company's marketing communications plan, as it is an essential desk reference that Attendees and Exhibitors access
year-round to contact product and service suppliers for flight departments around the world. The advertising insertion order deadline is November 21.

App Sponsorships for S&D Conference and EBACE2012
This year, for the first time, Attendees at certain NBAA events will be able to use their smartphones to navigate the exhibit floor, plan out their
schedule and keep up with the latest event news – made possible with the official NBAA mobile app for iPhone, Android, BlackBerry and all
web-enabled smartphones. The new app – which was unveiled leading up to last month's NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention in Las Vegas –
received accolades from aviation and tech bloggers and Attendees alike. The app for the upcoming Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference will be
available in the coming weeks, followed by the official EBACE2012 app. Both will offer exceptional sponsorship opportunities to companies that wish
to target Attendees at these one-of-a-kind events. Read reviews of the NBAA2011 app at:

Shanghai Airport Authority Delegation Attends NBAA2011
In a show of support for the 2012 Asian Business Aviation Conference & Exhibition (ABACE2012), a delegation of officials from the Shanghai
Airport Authority attended a news conference at NBAA's Annual Meeting & Convention last month, where Vice President Jing Yi Ming said: "We deeply
value the cooperation between the Shanghai Airport Authority and NBAA. Our cooperation on ABACE2012 will be just the initial step; I believe we will
deepen our partnership in the future. ABACE2012 is a kind of seed we will plant in Shanghai, and in the future the seed will grow into a big tree.
The city's senior officials have told me that business aviation will be an important factor in the future of Shanghai's economy." NBAA and the
Shanghai Airport Authority signed a long-term agreement securing the Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport as the location for ABACE earlier this
year.
