Washington, DC, September 5, 2002 - The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) 55th Annual Meeting & Convention, September 10 to 12, 2002, in Orlando, will showcase a record 1,011 Exhibiting Companies, including 154 new Exhibitors, and is scheduled to have 151 aircraft on Static Display. This year represents the first time that NBAA has registered more than 1,000 Exhibitors for a Show. Delegate attendance also is 26 percent ahead of the similar period in 2000 and 30 percent ahead of the 1999 number.
"We’re looking forward to an exciting Convention this year with a record number of Informational Sessions," said NBAA President Jack Olcott. "We are pleased that our community has once again chosen to come together in large numbers to share information, unveil new products, and promote the vital form of transportation we know as business aviation."
