NBAA Announces Winners of New Corporate Aviation Management Scholarship

Washington, DC, February 15, 2005 – The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) announces the winners of the 2005 NBAA Corporate Aviation Management Scholarship, which will enable recipients to attend the 2005 NBAA Leadership Conference. Created in 2004 and administered by the NBAA Corporate Aviation Management Committee, this scholarship is made possible by three corporate sponsors: The VanAllen Group, Pentastar Aviation LLC and The Schwan Food Company.

The recipients of the 2005 NBAA Corporate Aviation Management Scholarship are:
  • David P. Clark, A.B. Flight Services, Inc.
  • Victoria E. Collom, ZP Aviation, Inc.
  • Wendi A. Gavigan, Citigroup Corporate Aviation
  • Lara D. Greenwood, Alpha Flying
  • Bradley K. Houck, Pfizer, Inc.
The 2005 NBAA Leadership Conference will be held March 1 and 2 in Miami Lakes, FL. Attendance at the NBAA Leadership Conference promotes the professional development and leadership skills of individuals seeking careers in flight department management. Those who currently work in the business aviation industry or attend a university-level aviation program and who meet certain requirements were encouraged to apply for this scholarship. Applications were reviewed and evaluated based upon the career planning and progress of the individual toward a career in business aviation.
