NBAA works year round to promote the Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition around the world. As a result, more than 500 members of the media come from news outlets from all continents to report on business aviation’s most important event. Additionally, NBAA makes available a number of resources to help exhibitors promote their participation and get the greatest value from their investment in the show.

Press Headquarters

The NBAA-BACE press headquarters is open to credentialed members of the press and provides a working area for them to report on NBAA-BACE. Use of
the press headquarters, including all beverages and food, is reserved for registered and credentialed members of the press only.

NBAA-BACE press headquarters is located in room N220 E-G and opens on Press Day, Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, at 8 am, one day before NBAA-BACE officially begins.

Shelf space is available in the NBAA-BACE press headquarters for exhibitors to distribute their press materials. Further details will be available in
the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Press Conferences

Host a press conference at the show to let the industry know about your company’s latest news. NBAA provides exhibitors with dedicated, purpose-built press conference rooms that include audio-visual equipment for a nominal fee. Press conference rooms will be in close proximity to the NBAA press headquarters at the Orange County Convention Center.

Press conferences may be scheduled for Monday, October 15; Tuesday, October 16; or Wednesday, October 17. Press conferences are scheduled on the hour, allowing for 15 minutes for setup and 45-minutes for the press conference. Exhibitors are requested to complete all activities and leave the press conference room clean for the other press conferences. Further details will be available in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

For more information on reserving press conference rooms, please contact NBAA’s Jessica Allston at jallston@nbaa.org or 202-783-9252.

Company Profile

Be sure to complete your company profile in the Exhibitor Dashboard and select your buyers’ guide categories so that your company information is up to date when attendees search the online exhibitor directory or the mobile app.

Upload your company logo to your company profile so that it shows in your company profile, on the floor plan and on the mobile app. This will give your company increased visibility to the 25,000+ attendees at NBAA-BACE.

Send Invitations to Your Customers and Prospects

NBAA provides invitations in the Exhibitor Dashboard for you to send to your prospects and guests to invite them to see you at NBAA-BACE.

Social Media

Use the hashtag #NBAA18 when talking about the event on social media. Follow the official @NBAA Twitter and NBAAphotos Instagram accounts.

Press Roster

An up-to-date listing of all registered members of the media can be found in the Exhibitor Dashboard. Use this list to share your company’s news or to promote your press event in Orlando.

Mobile App

Download the NBAA-BACE Mobile App, which will feature NBAA-BACE along with other NBAA events, then use it to reach out to attendees who have also downloaded the app. Invite them to your booth or send them company information.

Purchase an ad in the mobile app to ensure that attendees see your message in real time.

Publication Bins

As a service to exhibitors and publishers of trade magazines, NBAA offers an area of bins in the exhibit hall to display publications. NBAA provides an attendant to receive shipments, and to stock and maintain the publication bins. Exhibitors and publishers may purchase bins at a cost of $775 per bin.

Please note the following:

  • Publication bins will be available for periodical publications only and will be assigned in alphabetical order by title.
  • Advertising materials, including promotional brochures and pamphlets, are not permitted in the publication bins and will be discarded by NBAA with no refunds.
  • All materials/publications placed into unassigned bins by publishers or exhibitors will be destroyed.

All companies must submit a sample of their publication to NBAA’s Courtney Oliveira at coliveira@nbaa.org for review before bins are reserved. Shipping information will be provided once payment has been received.

Show Dailies

NBAA does not produce a show daily; however, three NBAA-authorized convention dailies – Show News, NBAA Convention News and Flight Evening News – are published daily at NBAA. Your company may submit information to the daily show publications, which are especially appreciative of advance news because of tight scheduling during NBAA-BACE. Please contact NBAA’s Samantha Lohse at slohse@nbaa.org before purchasing advertising from a show daily if you have questions.

These three publications are the only officially authorized show dailies at NBAA-BACE. Please be alert to other publications, including Aviation Business Daily, that claim to be official, daily publications at NBAA-BACE and that are not approved by NBAA to be on site.
