Study Guide

  • NBAA Member – 6-month subscription – $300

The Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) Study Guide is six individual resources packaged together to help individuals prepare for the CAM Examination. With online access, the CAM Study Guide provides candidates with the following:

  • An extensive outline description of the CAM Exam
  • A self guided six-month study outline with recommended readings
  • A CAM self-evaluation
  • A list of suggested primary and secondary reference material
  • Study tips and best practices
  • 100 sample exam questions

Application Fee

  • NBAA Member – $525
  • Non-Member – $625

Payment is required 45 days before signing up for a specific examination date. Review the CAM testing schedule.

After two years, if you have previously submitted an application, but did not take the exam or did not complete all the requirements for the application, a re-application fee of $175 will extend the approval window of your CAM application.

Exam Fee

  • NBAA Member – $475
  • Non-Member – $610

Reschedule/Cancelation Fee

To reschedule or cancel an exam administration, a refund will be given, minus a $175 processing fee. You may transfer an exam fee to a new exam date.

Retake Exam

  • NBAA Member – $375
  • Non-Member – $585

If you need to retake the CAM exam for any reason, there is an additional fee for test administration.

Recertification

  • NBAA Member – $415
  • Non-Member – $615

Recertification for CAMs is every three years. Within that time, CAMs will need to earn four points and submit an update form along with payment for recertification fees. Learn more about the CAM recertification process.

Course Review

  • NBAA Member – $200
  • Non-Member – $400

Organizations may have their education programs be designated as eligible recertification points for the CAM Program. Organizations must submit a detailed description of the program at least 30 days in advance for review by the CAM Governing Board. Approval is limited to an annual basis.
