Flight Scheduler/Dispatcher Levels and Qualification Requirements

  • Scheduler I (SEBA 1)
    • 1+ years scheduling/dispatching experience AND a combination of 2 SPDP/S&D Conferences
  • Scheduler II/Dispatcher (SEBA 2)
    • Prerequisite - SEBA 1
    • Two to five years experience scheduling/dispatching OR FAA Dispatch License AND a combination of 3 SPDP Classes/S&D Conferences
  • Lead Scheduler/Lead Dispatcher (SEBA 3)
    • Prerequisite - SEBA 2
    • 5 years experience PLUS TWO of the following:
      • Recognized Scheduler training program offered by NBAA affiliate
      • FAA Dispatch License
      • Five (5) additional years industry experience
      • Combination of five (5) SPDP Clases/S & D Conferences
      • Industry involvement as approved by the S & D Committee
  • Senior/Manager Scheduler/Dispatcher (SEBA 4)
    • Prerequisite - SEBA 3
    • 10 years experience scheduling with two (2) years management experience (management experience does not have to be in current position) AND Industry involvement as approved by S & D Committee AND Associate College Degree or higher OR Completion of Darden's Managing the Corporate Aviation Function
