The CAM Recertification Award for Tenure (CRAFT) program recognizes the continued renewal of the Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) credential. CRAFT rewards CAMs for their commitment to consistent and unbroken recertification history. One of the core values of the CAM program is commitment:
Commitment: I will demonstrate the highest level of commitment to fulfilling my job duties with distinction.
To support the tenant of commitment, the CAM Governing Board recognizes CAMs for “walking the walk.” NBAA and the CAM Governing Board developed a system of recognition levels based upon an individual’s tenure as a CAM. CAMs will automatically earn the recognition after recertifying at the levels outlined below.
CRAFT Levels
CAM | Standard Year Range: 0-8 |

CAM Silver | Standard Year Range: 9-14 |
