Paul A. Lange represents aviation businesses in solving significant and challenging legal, business and regulatory problems. His background litigating aviation matters nationwide before federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies, often simultaneously, brings a breadth of opportunities to the table so as to resolve disputes at their earliest opportunity or to facilitate the creation of complex business structures subject to regulatory restrictions. In addition to remaining current trying cases, Lange and his firm’s aviation practice includes aviation business formation, structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and the purchase, sale and lease of aircraft.

Lange’s background includes 3.5 years with the FAA, experience at two large New York law firms, leadership positions in various aviation industry and bar association committees including two terms as Chair of NBAA’s Regulatory Issues Advisory Group, and successful lobbying campaigns associated with federal, state and local legislative and regulatory initiatives affecting aviation businesses. He also leads the New England Air Museum Board of Directors’ audit committee, doing so through a period of tremendous growth that includes multimillion dollar state grant funding transactions, new building construction and redevelopment of existing structures. Lange is an active ATP pilot and flight instructor with over 3,300 hours and experience in dozens of aircraft types.
