As the Chief Administrative Officer for OneSky Flight, Flight Options and Flexjet — a 15-time NorthCoast 99 recipient and 2016 “Top Scorer for Large Organizations” — Bob Sullivan leads human resources for more than 2,500 employees. He serves as a corporate culture champion and change agent across the Directional Aviation portfolio and has successfully integrated employee cultures during the merger of Flexjet and Flight Options.

With more than 25 years of experience leading human resources and 17 years in aviation leadership, Sullivan has taken his career from Human Resources Manager to C-Suite executive while working tirelessly to keep HR at the table. He has led the human resources teams for some of today’s top business enterprises from startup to Fortune 100.

Sullivan, an award-winning, certified human resource professional and Gulf War Veteran, holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Campbell University and a Masters of Organizational Management. He is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Strategic Human Resources Management course.

Sullivan speaks frequently on human resources disruption and a broad range of expert topics in talent, leadership, development, coaching and M&A transition.
