Tyson Weihs
Tyson Weihs is a co-founder of ForeFlight, a Boeing Company, the market leading provider of integrated flight applications for personal, business, military and commercial aviation. He led the company as CEO for 15 years from its founding and through the company’s acquisition by Boeing.

Weihs is a recipient of the Living Legends of Aviation Eren Ozmen Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the Godfrey L. Cabbot Award from the Aero Club of New England, a recipient of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association General Aviation Safety Award for measurably improving the safety of flight, recipient of the National Aviation Hall of Fame Neil Armstrong Award, and a member of the Texas Aviation Hall of Fame.

Weihs is an active commercial-rated single engine, multi-engine, and turbojet pilot and holds multiple type ratings for business aviation aircraft. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Trinity University with degrees in Finance and Computer Science and received an MBA with honors from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Management.
