NBAA Political Action Committee (NBAA-PAC)

The NBAA Political Action Committee (NBAA-PAC) supports federal Congressional candidates on both sides of the aisle who understand the value of business aviation. It is a voluntary, non-partisan political contribution fund powered by personal donations. NBAA-PAC was established as a tool to help educate policymakers in the U.S. House and Senate on the importance of general aviation, which is responsible for more than 1.1 million jobs and nearly $250 billion in U.S. economic output.

Through NBAA-PAC, we have the ability to come together as a community and show support for members of Congress that care about the legislative and regulatory challenges our industry faces each and every day.

Who Can Donate to NBAA-PAC?

NBAA Professional members are eligible to support NBAA-PAC. This membership category is open to any person with a pervasive interest in business aviation and provides many value-added benefits. If you are currently employed by an NBAA member company, you can also add an Affiliated Professional membership at a discounted rate. Learn more about Professional membership.

In addition, NBAA-PAC can receive prior permission from a Member Company to educate and solicit contributions from that company’s employees. Only an authorized representative of the member company may grant permission for solicitations, and such permission may only be granted to one trade association PAC. Contributions to NBAA-PAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Contributions to NBAA-PAC will be used in connection with federal elections and are subject to the limitations and prohibitions of federal law. Contributions are voluntary and individuals may contribute any amount, or none at all, without fear of reprisal. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in a calendar year.
