General Aviation operators will require arrival and departure slot reservations at five Phoenix, AZ-area airports during the days surrounding the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.
Each airport has different dates and times when reservations will be required. Please note that reservations for both IFR and VFR operations are required at Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) and Scottsdale (SDL). Reservations for IFR operations (not to include VFR operations) are required at the other airports listed below. The reservations may be made through an FBO of choice.
When making reservation, operators will receive a reservation number from an FBO representative. Enter the number received in the remarks section of the flight plan, and use the departure reservation time as the proposed time when file an IFR flight plan.
