NBAA’s Sustainable Flight Department Accreditation Program recognizes business aviation entities meeting exceptional environmental sustainability standards. The goal of this accreditation program is to further advance a sustainability culture in the business aviation community.

Use this form to begin the application process for Sustainable Flight Department Accreditation for 2025.

Submitting this form will notify NBAA about your application, allow you to pay the application fee and give you access to forms and guidance for providing documentation for individual program elements.

There will be two review cycles for 2025 applications. Payments must be received by the deadlines below:

Cycle 1 Deadline: June 30, 2025

Cycle 2 Deadline: Dec. 15, 2025
