This NBAA members-only resource was developed to help connect Part 135 operators that do not have access to in-house check pilots with operators that do.
Established Part 135 operators can give back to others within the industry by encouraging their Section 299 Check Pilots (formerly known as “Check Airmen”) to provide their contact information. Other operators can reach out directly to those contacts to schedule checkrides.
Operators can review FAA Order 8900, Volume 3, Chapter 20, Section 6, Paragraph 3-20-6-23 for more information about seeking approval to use another operator’s check pilot.
All check pilot information is submitted on a voluntary basis. NBAA does not validate the information provided or endorse check pilots listed in this registry
