The committee’s advisory materials and management programs provide information on management trends; techniques and skills in the development of departmental objectives; policies, standards and planning; organization and administration; personnel selection and retention, training and education; fiscal control and evaluation; and operational evaluation. Leadership Conference
NBAA and the BAMC encourage anyone who currently is in a leadership or managerial role, or anyone who aspires to be a successful leader and manager, to attend the annual NBAA Leadership Conference. All flight department personnel, including flight department managers, chief pilots, directors of operations and maintenance managers, and those interested in these leadership positions, will benefit from this event.

Long viewed by the industry as an essential operational reference, the NBAA Management Guide is designed to assist existing flight departments with their operational and administrative requirements and to provide overall guidance for operating a flight department.
