NBAA’s Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) is the year’s most significant media event for the business aviation industry. This event brings together business leaders, government officials, manufacturers, corporate aviation department personnel and all manner of people involved in nearly all aspects of business aviation.

A meeting place for business aviation’s international press, the NBAA Press Headquarters provides a work and hospitality area for journalists to gather information, swap observations and network. The NBAA Press Headquarters will be located in the Orange County Convention Center and will open on Monday, Oct. 31, at 8 a.m. (one day before NBAA-BACE opens). Breakfast and lunch, as well as use of computers and office equipment, are provided to credentialed members of the press.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
