NBAA-BACE offers a variety of exhibit options for companies of all sizes. Review important information about pricing and discounts, as well as additional budget considerations.


Indoor Exhibit Pricing

Indoor exhibits will be located in the North/South exhibit hall at the Orange County Convention Center.

Exhibitors with payment made after the priority placement deadline will not be included in the placements.

DISCOUNT: NBAA offers a special discount of $150 per 10 ft-by-10 ft indoor exhibit space reserved to companies making full payment – on a nonrefundable basis – by February 23, 2018. Exhibitors submitting applications after the February 23, 2018, deadline are not eligible for this discount.
Premium Placement: $4,138 per 10 ft-by-10 ft (100 sq ft) exhibit space

Towing Fee: $3,000 per aircraft towed to OCCC from Orlando International Airport (MCO)
NOTE: Premium placement offers exhibitors with exhibits smaller than 2,000 sq ft the opportunity to move to a higher priority status, plus two additional badges per exhibit space reserved. This option must be selected on the exhibit application and full payment – on a nonrefundable basis – must be received by February 23, 2018. Static Display Pricing

Ramp Space: $235 per 10 ft-by-10 ft space reserved
Chalet Space: $1,075 per 10 ft-by-10 ft (100 sq ft) space reserved for chalets/tents/structures occupying more than 400 sq ft of exhibit space
  • Prices shown are for aircraft parking space only. Fees for additional services such as electrical service, aircraft GPU and temporary air-conditioners will be billed separately by the NBAA- appointed service provider.
  • Tents 400 sq ft and smaller may be used on the ramp at no additional charge, but must fit fully within reserved exhibit space.
  • NOTE: Any exhibitor wishing to have chalet space of 1,500 sq ft or more must also have at least 2,500 sq ft of exhibit space at the Orange County Convention Center.
  • Aircraft mock-ups are only permitted on the static display if the exhibitor has at least one real aircraft on display. Mock-ups must be approved by show management by submission of a space layout plan.

Other Budget Considerations for Static Display Exhibitors

LEKTRO, Inc. has been designated the official aircraft towing company for the NBAA-BACE static display of aircraft. Towing fees are based on the size of the aircraft and include round-trip (inbound and outbound) towing services, exhibitors will be assessed aircraft movement fees based on the following schedule. NBAA will collect fees and pass them along to the service provider.

6,000 lbs – 14,999 lbs MTOW: $575
15,000 lbs – 34,999 lbs MTOW: $735
35,000 lbs – 100,000 lbs MTOW: $900
Over 100,000 lbs MTOW: $1,825

Co-exhibitors

Companies who will be sharing exhibit space with another exhibitor must notify NBAA in advance by completing the Co-Exhibitor Registration Order form.

Co-exhibitor registration fee: $500

Please be aware of the following rules that apply for co-exhibitors:

  • Co-exhibitors must have existing corporate relationships between themselves and the contracted primary exhibitors.
  • Co-exhibitors must be members in good standing of NBAA.
  • Co-exhibitors company profiles will appear in the online exhibitor directory and the mobile app.
  • Co-exhibitors are not allotted badges, and must work through the primary exhibitor to register for badges.
