Aviation is a highly regulated and scrutinized industry. It’s not a matter of IF, but WHEN, your flight department will become the subject of a government investigation, whether by the FAA, NTSB, IRS, DOL, OSHA, or other federal or state agency. Attendees at this session will be introduced to best practices for complying with government investigative demands, including voluntary requests for records, administrative subpoenas, grand jury subpoenas, search warrants, employee interviews, and the like.

The failure to follow proper procedures is the primary cause of aviation incidents and accidents by both pilots, and a major problem among aviation maintenance technicians often cited by the FAA and NTSB.
