General Information

NBAA-BACE is the premier event and annual meeting place for the business aviation community. This event brings together key aviation contacts from around the world, including current and prospective business aircraft owners, manufacturers and customers into one meeting place to get critical work accomplished.

NBAA-BACE will feature over 1,000 indoor exhibitors at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), nearly 100 business aircraft on static display at Henderson Executive Airport, dozens of education sessions and networking with 25,000 business aviation professionals. There’s no other aviation event that matches it!

Accommodations for Attendees with Disabilities

NBAA will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities who make their situations known to NBAA personnel. Reasonable accommodations are those that do not create an undue hardship on NBAA, change the nature of scheduled events or activities, or pose a safety or health threat to other attendees.

For safety reasons, only officially-approved vehicles are permitted to operate within the exhibit halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center or at the static display at Henderson Executive Airport. Individuals with disabilities who wish to use power-driven mobility devices at NBAA-BACE must contact NBAA at info@nbaa.org for approval. It is the policy of NBAA that these vehicles be specifically used for handicapped individuals and exhibit the stability required to operate around exhibits and aircraft. Only trained service animals with proper supervision are permitted at NBAA-BACE.

Bag/Coat Check

Bag and coat checks are available on show days from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Las Vegas Convention Center, for a nominal fee. Due to limited space, bag and coat checks are not available at the static display.

Children

NBAA-BACE is a business event. Exhibitors are requested to kindly advise their sales people and customers that children under 12 are never permitted on the Las Vegas Convention Center exhibit floor or at the static display of aircraft – under any circumstances. Children ages 12 to 17 may access exhibits during official exhibit hours only provided that they register, pay appropriate fees and are accompanied by an adult at all times. Children between the ages of 12 to 17 will not be permitted in exhibit areas during installation and teardown. NBAA will not be held responsible by or for any cause whatsoever.

* Please note that Thursday, October 24 is the NBAA-BACE Careers in Business Aviation Day.

* NBAA invites middle school, high school and university students interested in pursuing future careers in business aviation to attend the show. Thus, exhibitors can expect to see students on the exhibit floor on this day. Exhibitors who would like to participate in the Career Day should contact NBAA’s Peter Korns at pkorns@nbaa.org.

Dress

In keeping with the professional nature of the business aviation industry, dress for NBAA-BACE is business attire. This applies to all attendees and exhibitors, as well as to all personnel working on behalf of exhibitors in their booths.

Lost & Found

Lost & Found is located in the NBAA show security office, which can be found between North and Central Halls in the Grand Concourse across from the Hall C3 entrance next to Las Vegas Convention Center security.

Lost & Found at the static display at Henderson Executive Airport is located in the registration tent.

Parking

All parking at the Las Vegas Convention Center, including handicap-accessible parking, is available on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee for parking at the Las Vegas Convention Center is $10 per car with in-and-out privileges, provided ticket is stamped for reentry. Overnight parking is not permitted.

Pets

No pets, with the exception of service animals, will be permitted in the exhibit halls or on the static display of aircraft at any time.

Photo Use Permission

Any person who attends an NBAA event grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents to record and stream his or her image and voice for any purpose of NBAA, including promotional purposes, without further notification or compensation.

Registration/Badges

Name substitutions for badge registrations are permitted prior to badges being issued. Once issued, badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the badge. NBAA may remove from the event, and deny reentry to, any individual who is found to have sold, lent or otherwise transferred a badge or who uses another individual’s badge to access the event.

Smoking

All smoking, including electronic or vapor cigarettes, is prohibited at NBAA-BACE.
