Students Are Invited to Attend NBAA’s Houston Regional Forum

This regional forum will provide opportunities to meet and network with exhibitors and professionals in the industry, view state-of-the-art aircraft on static display and participate in five education sessions, including one dedicated to young professionals from 10:30 – 11:15 a.m.
YOU! This is the perfect place for students to learn about potential internships and your future career in the industry all while networking with business aviation industry personnel.
Students under 12 are not admitted in Regional Forums exhibit areas, including the exhibit floor and the Static Display of Aircraft. Students 12 to 17 will be permitted into exhibit areas during official exhibit hours only. Students 12 to 17 must register and be accompanied by an adult.
How will I get there?
Follow the regional forum directional signs to access street parking off of Telephone Rd. by turning on Major St. Directional Staff will guide you to available parking spaces. A continuous shuttle will transport you from Neuhaus Ave., Nelms St. Lockheed Ave. Travelair St and the Aviation Museum and United Airlines parking lots to and from the Forum or you can walk the short distance.
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the following local hotels:

- DoubleTree by Hilton Hobby Airport

Here are some helpful tips:
- Print business cards at a nearby office supply store by downloading this template.
- Dress in business casual attire (and wear comfortable shoes!)
- Don’t forget to bring your valid student ID – you’ll need it to print your badge once you arrive at the forum

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
