Bob is the Founder, President and CEO of Service Elements International. He has held this position for 17 years. Bob has over 35 years of Aerospace and Aviation experience focusing heavily in the areas of Adult Learning and Workforce Development. Prior to his time at ServiceElements, Bob held leadership roles at FlightSafety International, Honeywell Aerospace Academy and MedAire. He is the former Vice President of the Arizona Business Aviation Association (AZBAA) and the Former Co-Chair of the NBAA Leadership Conference. Bob also is an active member of the NBAA Business Aviation Management Committee (BAMC). To further educate individuals, Bob has worked on becoming a dedicated coach and facilitator for budding professionals while also working to be a published author, “Building A Customer Service Culture”. Bob also used to maintain the position of Scottsdale Airport Commissioner and is currently an active Volunteer Coach for War Veterans.
Janet has loved aviation since she was a little girl and her uncle, who is a B&GA corporate pilot, would take her up in his plane.
She has been a facilitator and strategist with ServiceElements for 12 years, and is based in Saint Louis, MO.
Karen has been with ServiceElements for 4-years and has over 20 years of diverse aviation experience including 10 years as Office Manager and Scheduler for a Part 91 flight department.
Karen has served on the NBAA Schedulers and Dispatchers Committee, holds an Aircraft Dispatcher Licenser, is a CAM and has a Masters in Project Management.
For 25 years, Tim has been in the Aviation and Transportation industry creating, and facilitating training programs.
Tim has been with ServiceElements for 2-years. His main concentration is Customer Service, Personal Development, Management and Leadership training.
