Sponsor logos must be received by April 8 to be included in print locations. New agreements or artwork received after this deadline will only be featured in digital locations – NBAA’s website and mobile app.
Mobile Event App Ads
An official Mobile Event App will be available for Apple and Android devices. Available as a free download, the app will provide the full program schedule, information on speakers, presentations and more.
As an advertiser in the Mobile Event App, you will have high-visibility advertising options, driving additional traffic to your company’s website.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
