Cancellation Resource for Exhibitors

The NBAA staff has compiled a resource for exhibitors to answer questions about the administrative considerations related to the 2020 Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Conference cancellation. Exhibitors may elect to have their 2020 exhibit fees refunded or applied to 2021, at the 2020 rates.
Exhibitors are requested to complete the Exhibitor Cancellation Form by Tuesday, March 24, 2020, to indicate how they would like to notify us if they would like to have their 2020 funds credited to the 2021 conference, or how they would like to have their refunds for 2020 exhibit fees processed.
When is the 2021 Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Conference?
The 2021 NBAA Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Conference will be held in Portland, OR at the Oregon Convention Center May 4-6, 2021.
What fees will be refunded for the 2020 NBAA Maintenance Conference?
NBAA will refund all fees paid to NBAA for the 2020 Maintenance Conference including: indoor exhibit space, indoor static display space, and registration.
How will my refunded exhibit fees be returned?
Exhibit fees will be refunded as follows:
- Exhibitors who paid by credit card will receive a refund to the same credit card that was used to make payment.
- Exhibitors based in the U.S. or Canada who paid by check or wire transfer – Exhibitors will receive a refund by check.
- Other exhibitors who paid by check or wire transfer – Exhibitors will receive refund by wire transfer.
- Exhibitors who do not submit their 2020 cancellation form by Tuesday, March 24, 2020 will have exhibit fees refunded.
- In order to process wire transfers, we do require exhibitors to provide wiring details on the online form.
How long will it take to receive our refund?
All refunds will be processed before April 30, 2020.
Can we apply our refund to the 2021 Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Conference?
Yes, please indicate your preference for the fees to be credited to the 2021 Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Conference on the Exhibitor Cancellation Form. Exhibitors who select this option will have their 2020 exhibit fees credited to the 2021 conference at the 2020 exhibit rate and subject to the terms & conditions for the 2020 conference.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
