Who Should Attend

All business aviation industry personnel – potential and present – are invited to attend.

NBAA Regional Forums bring current and prospective business aircraft owners, operators, manufacturers, customers and other industry personnel together for a one-day event at some of the best airports and FBOs in the nation.

9 a.m. – 4 p.m.


The dress code for NBAA Regional Forums is business casual, both on the exhibit floor and in the education sessions.

There is NO parking at the Signature Flight Support hangar used for this Regional Forum. NBAA has made special arrangements for both Wednesday, March 4 and Thursday, March 5 to allow all Forum Exhibitors and Attendees, to park in an exclusive lot at Avaya Stadium located at 1123 Coleman Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110, at no cost.

A NBAA Forum shuttle will transport you to the forum. Shuttles will transport you to show site:

Thursday, March 5

7:15 AM – 5:15 PM Avaya Stadium to the NBAA San Jose Forum to the NBAA San Jose Forum.

Service every 15 minutes. Exhibitor Setup Only (7:15 AM – 8:30 AM)


Children under 12 are not admitted in Regional Forums exhibit areas, including the exhibit floor and the Static Display of Aircraft. Children 12 to 17 will be permitted into exhibit areas during official exhibit hours only. Children 12 to 17 must register, pay appropriate fees and be accompanied by an adult.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
