Warren Macdonald’s life boundaries were redefined in April 1997 with a freak rock fall where he was rescued two days later only to undergo the amputation of both legs at mid-thigh. Just ten months later, he climbed Tasmania’s Cradle Mountain using a modified wheelchair and the seat of his pants. This keynote presentation focuses on what we can do to prepare for our challenges in advance and how we can fortify ourselves against the curveballs and roadblocks before they happen by practicing resilience.

The opening keynote will take place on Wednesday, March 11 from 8 to 10:00 a.m. at the Charlotte Convention Center, Richardson Ballroom.

In addition Macdonald’s keynote presentation, NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Chairwoman Lori Mincek and Chairman Stephen Clark will welcomd attendees and NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen will provide an industry update.
