Who Should Attend

All business aviation industry personnel – potential and present – are invited to attend.

NBAA Regional Forums bring current and prospective business aircraft owners, operators, manufacturers, customers and other industry personnel together for a one-day event at some of the best airports and FBOs in the nation.

The dress code for NBAA Regional Forums is business casual, both on the exhibit floor and in the education sessions.

Parking

There is NO parking at the Atlantic Aviation hangar used for this Regional Forum. NBAA has made special arrangements for both Tuesday, January 28th and Wednesday, January 29th to allow all Forum Exhibitors and Attendees, to park in an exclusive lot at the Palm Beach International Airport -Economy Parking Lot, at no cost.

When you enter Palm Beach International Airport, follow the signs to the Economy Lot (also look for NBAA Regional Forum signs). Enter the Economy Lot through the main toll entrance, and take a parking ticket, then follow the NBAA Forum signs and the parking attendants will direct you to the NBAA attendee lot. A NBAA Forum shuttle will transport you to the forum.

Please remember to take your parking ticket with you to the Forum. Parking in the Economy Lot is complimentary, but you MUST obtain a validation sticker at the NBAA Forum Registration Desk.


Children

Children under 12 are not admitted in Regional Forums exhibit areas, including the exhibit floor and the Static Display of Aircraft. Children 12 to 17 will be permitted into exhibit areas during official exhibit hours only. Children 12 to 17 must register, pay appropriate fees and be accompanied by an adult.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
