Sustainability in Focus

Sustainability in Focus

Making business aviation more environmentally friendly is a top issue in the industry, and will be on full display at NBAA-BACE.

For the first time ever, NBAA-BACE will be a carbon-neutral event. Offsets will be provided by 4AIR and attendees can cast their vote to pick the U.S.-based projects that will be used to offset travel and event emissions. Learn more about the program.

The Business Aviation Sustainability Summit will be held the first day of the show to demonstrate thought leadership in aviation emissions reduction and offer a roadmap for further catalyzing the production, availability and use of sustainable aviation fuels.

Exhibitors have been asked to participate in the NBAA-BACE Green Pledge and commit to five ways they will be more sustainable at the show – ranging from printing few marketing materials to powering down booth lighting at night. Attendees can also help make the show green by ridesharing during the convention, limiting water usage in their hotels, using recyclable food and drink containers during the day and more,
