At the 2021 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen met with Ken Griffey Jr. at the Cirrus booth and talked about how every segment of society should be aware of the opportunities for personal and professional growth in the aviation community.

Griffey’s advice for young people looking to make a career in aviation: “Do it. Don’t be a ‘what if.'”

Griffey was first exposed to flying by his father, who was also a pilot, and chose his first aircraft at NBAA-BACE several years ago.
