Product Spotlight: Honeywell’s New Anthem Flight Deck Debuts at 2021 NBAA-BACE
Oct. 12, 2021
Advertorial: Honeywell’s Jason Bialek, product line director, describes the company’s new Anthem as an unprecedented cockpit advance: lightweight, always on, cloud-connected and packed with features. The Anthem flight deck’s Mission Manager provides a simplified view for pilots, with information presented in a time-based format, designed to show “what’s next.” A secure browser takes advantage of full-time connectivity and delivers information in an electronic flight bag (EFB) format on a center screen visible to both pilots. Information can include airport webcams, company web pages, weather data not elsewhere available and third-party applications. Anthem also features 3D Runway Overrun Alerting and Awareness System (ROASS) to improve both approach safety and safety after touchdown. Honeywell is in Booths 2901 and 4100B at 2021NBAA-BACE.
