PDP Courses: Boost Your Career at NBAA-BACE

NBAA’s Professional Development Program (PDP) helps business aviation professionals ascend in their careers by preparing them for management roles within their companies. The association is offering five courses in conjunction with the 2021 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) to make it easy for attendees to take the next steps in their careers.
“The association is excited to host these unique and valuable courses for our attendees at NBAA-BACE,” said Molly Hitch, NBAA senior manager, professional development. “The Professional Development Program is an excellent way to engage with industry peers while learning about a variety of relevant business aviation topics ranging from leadership to human resources. These courses offer tools for individuals to grow in their business aviation careers professionally.”
Courses taking place in conjunction with NBAA-BACE include:
- Oct. 10-11: Building and Leading Highly Effective Teams at Work
- Oct. 10-11: Aviation Leadership
- Oct. 11: Organizational Risk Management
- Oct. 11: HR in the Corporate Flight Department
- Oct. 15-16: Management Fundamentals for Flight Departments Workshop
NBAA’s PDP series was launched in 1998, and since then there have been more than 11,000 course completions.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
