For the first time, NBAA-BACE will feature many aspects of the NBAA Maintenance Conference exhibit hall into the 2021 NBAA-BACE Maintenance Pavilion. The NBAA-BACE Maintenance Pavilion will feature:

  • Exhibits
  • Maintenance support vehicles
  • A silent auction

The NBAA-BACE Maintenance Pavilion will offer a limited number of exhibit opportunities, including a budget-friendly booth package and dedicated space for aircraft maintenance support vehicles.

Who can participate?

Exhibit space in the NBAA-BACE Maintenance Pavilion is open to any exhibitor who has previously participated at the NBAA Maintenance Conference and has not participated as an exhibitor at NBAA-BACE in 2018 or 2019.

There are a limited number of booth packages available in the pavilion, which will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Maintenance Pavilion Exhibit Options

5 foot x 10 foot booth package $2,300
10 foot x 10 foot booth package $2,600
Maintenance Support Vehicles $2,600 per vehicle

Each booth package includes:

  • 8 foot back and 3 foot side wall drape
  • 6 foot draped table
  • 2 chairs
  • Carpet
  • Wastebasket
  • 500 watt electrical
  • 7″ x 44″ company sign
Exhibitors with a maintenance support vehicle must also occupy at least one exhibit space at 2021 NBAA-BACE.

Exhibitors will receive complimentary badges with their exhibit space as follows:

Rules & Regulations

Exhibitors in the NBAA-BACE Maintenance Pavilion must adhere to the Indoor Exhibitor Booth Rules – LVCC as well as the General Exhibitor Rules for 2021 NBAA‑BACE.

All exhibitors must also agree to the 2021 NBAA-BACE Exhibitor Contract Terms & Conditions.

Exhibit Space Placement

Exhibitors will select their exhibit space in the order that their applications are received.

Silent Auction

The silent auction at NBAA’s annual Maintenance Conference is popular with attendees and provides high visibility for exhibitors.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
