A $100 discount per 10-foot by 10-foot space on standard placement space is applied if application and payment is received by Dec. 20, 2021.
Premium placement is only available to exhibitors who submit applications and payment by Dec. 20, 2021, and includes priority one placement, allowing exhibitors to choose their ideal location, and one complimentary exhibitor badge (a $510 value).

Conference Colors
The 2022 NBAA Maintenance Conference exhibit hall color is black for the back drape and the side rail with gray carpet in the exhibit spaces. Latte – brown, black and white – carpet will be in the aisles.
Exhibitor Badges
Exhibitors are allotted complementary exhibitor badges based upon the size of their booth purchase. Exhibitor badges are required for all booth staff. Exhibitor badges provide access to education sessions in addition to exhibit areas.

Additional exhibitor badges for booth staff or guests may be purchased for $510 each through the registration portal in the exhibitor dashboard.
Exhibit Space Assignment and Priority Lottery Process
Exhibitors that have submitted applications and full payments by Jan. 27, 2022, will select their exhibit location in the Henry B. González Convention Center at assigned appointment times through the live priority placement process.
Qualifying exhibitors will be assigned an appointment time to participate in an online meeting with the exhibits team. During the call, the exhibitor and the exhibits team will both be looking at the floor plan and the exhibitor will select their optimal location, considering both their space requirements and the available spaces remaining. While on the call, the exhibitor will select their space and the floor plan will be updated in real time. Exhibitors will receive an email confirmation of their space shortly thereafter.
NBAA assigns appointment times for this live placement process by first grouping exhibitors into priority categories using the criteria listed below. All exhibitors within each priority category will then be assigned appointment times ahead of the exhibitors in the next lower priority category. Except for 2019 sponsors and as noted below, appointment times for exhibitors within each category are determined by random draw.
Priority-One Exhibitors
Priority-one exhibitors are those companies that select the premium placement option. Within that group, priority-one exhibitors that have exhibited at the NBAA Maintenance Conference for five consecutive years will be assigned their online placement times ahead of other priority-one exhibitors.
Priority-Two Exhibitors
Priority-two exhibitors are those companies that have exhibited at the NBAA Maintenance Conference on a consecutive basis for at least five years selecting standard placement.
Priority-Three Exhibitors
Priority-three exhibitors are those other companies whose applications and payments are received by the Jan. 27, 2022, deadline.
Priority-Four Exhibitors – After Jan. 27, 2022
Priority-four exhibitors are those companies whose applications and payment are received after the Jan. 27, 2022, deadline. Priority-four exhibitors will be placed in the order in which their application and payment are received once exhibitors in priority one, priority two and priority three have been placed.
Sponsors
Exhibitors in priority one, priority two and priority three with cumulative sponsorship spends of $2,500 or greater at the 2019 NBAA Maintenance Conference will be placed before other exhibitors
Cancellations/Refunds
Once an application has been submitted, there will be no refunds or credits for cancellations or reductions in exhibit size.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
