Leaders want results, and workers want leadership. The key to better leadership is motivating your teams to execute, give their best as part of a team, and have a personal stake in overall morale. This session teaches a 180-degree approach, which will help you inspire, motivate, engage and turn employees into team members.

Is Your ADS-B Install Compliant?

In 2020, the failure rate of ADS-B equipped aircraft was over 9%. This exceptionally high average failure rate is derived from the difference between “Good Installs” and “Non-Performing Emitters.” According to the FAA, these failures are almost exclusively a result of ADS-B system misconfigurations deemed as “Installation Errors,” and not transponder or WAAS GPS equipment failures. This session will discuss the proper training and test equipment required of installers, to help ensure that ADS-B equipment is installed and operating properly.
