Jonathan Cleck is a recognized executive coach and speaker on leadership, focusing on mental fortitude, team alignment and culture development. Cleck is a retired Navy SEAL, a former Senior Federal Air Marshal, Director at Greencastle Consulting and a comedian.

Swimming under ships in shark-infested waters. Jumping out of airplanes at night over the Arctic Circle. Responding to threats to a commercial airliner at 35,000 feet. And most terrifying, going on stage to perform stand up comedy. Cleck knows fear and self doubt. He has experienced it, studied it, learned to control it and mastered the art of helping others do the same. Cleck excels at taking the mind through the complexities of our emotional and mental response to struggle and stress, and gives people the tools to work through and thrive amidst the chaos, anxiety and adversity, wherever they may face it.

Combining his doctoral research in organizational leadership and innovation, and lessons from his career spent in military special operations leadership roles, Cleck provides insights into the keys maximizing human performance in yourself and your team.
