2022 NBAA-BACE Maintenance Pavilion
For a second year, NBAA-BACE will feature the popular Maintenance Pavilion. The NBAA-BACE Maintenance Pavilion will feature maintenance-focused exhibits and a silent auction to benefit the NBAA AMT Scholarships Travel Fund.
The 2022 NBAA-BACE Maintenance Pavilion offers affordable prices for exhibiting at this year’s transformational event where you’ll connect with aircraft maintenance decision-makers, so you can power your business forward.
Who Can Participate?
Exhibit space in the NBAA-BACE Maintenance Pavilion is open to any exhibitor with at least 50% of their display dedicated to maintenance and maintenance-related products.
There are a limited number of booths available in the pavilion, which will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pricing
Maintenance Pavilion exhibit space must be purchased in 10 foot-by-10 foot increments at $37.85 per square foot.

Badges
Exhibitors will receive five complimentary badges with their 10-foot x 10-foot exhibit space.
Rules & Regulations
Exhibitors in the NBAA-BACE Maintenance Pavilion must adhere to the Indoor Exhibitor Booth Rules as well as the General Exhibitor Rules for 2022 NBAA‑BACE.
All exhibitors must also agree to the 2022 NBAA-BACE Exhibitor Contract Terms & Conditions.
Exhibit Space Placement
The NBAA exhibits team will reach out to exhibitors to select their exhibit space in the order in which applications and payments were received.
Maintenance Pavilion Silent Auction
The silent auction at NBAA’s annual Maintenance Conference is popular with attendees and provides high visibility for exhibitors. At NBAA-BACE, NBAA’s Maintenance Committee will host a silent auction at the 2022 NBAA-BACE Maintenance Pavilion with all proceeds used in support of the NBAA AMT Scholarship Travel Fund. Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
