Exhibitor Notification of Intent to Use Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor

All 2022 NBAA-BACE exhibitors who wish to use the services of an exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) other than the official show contractor (Freeman) must complete this form by Aug 26, 2022.
Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor (EAC) / Stand Builder Application/Contract
Deadline: Aug 26, 2022
All EAC and their subcontractors must complete this form to upload a certificate of insurance (COI) and to agree to comply with all 2022 NBAA-BACE terms and conditions, rules, booth display regulations, contract and union jurisdictions.
Stand Drawing Submission Form
Deadline: Aug 26, 2022
NBAA requires all exhibitors in all raw space, including indoor aircraft display space, to submit detailed booth drawings, including dimensions, for approval.
Co-Exhibitor Registration
Log into the NBAA portal to register all co-exhibitors. A co-exhibitor is defined as any company whose name is included on the exhibit space or who has staff working at/from the exhibit space, or any company whose marketing materials are distributed from the exhibit space.
NBAA-BACE Press Conference Room Reservations
2022 NBAA-BACE exhibitors have the exclusive opportunity to reserve time slots for dedicated press conference rooms on Monday, Oct. 17 (Press Day) and Tuesday, Oct. 18. There are a limited number of press conference time slots, which are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
NBAA-BACE Meeting Room Request Form
NBAA provides meeting rooms space at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) exclusively to confirmed 2022 NBAA-BACE exhibitors for a nominal fee. Meeting rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and this form must be completed in order for your meeting space request to be considered.
Exhibitor-Hosted Booth Event Request Form
Deadline: Aug 26, 2022
Use this form to notify and receive approval from NBAA if you are planning to host an event in your booth for non-exhibiting guests anytime on Tuesday, Oct. 18 or Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2022, during or after official show hours.
Publication Bins Order Form
As a service to exhibitors and publishers of trade magazines, NBAA offers an area of bins to display publications at both the Orange County Convention Center and Orlando Executive Airport. Advertising materials, including promotional brochures and pamphlets, are not permitted.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
