The 2022 NBAA-BACE Day 2 Keynote featured three people directly involved with the making of the blockbuster movie “Top Gun: Maverick”, an inspiring panel on the future of AAM and a moving presentation by pilot Tammie Jo Shults, who saved the lives of 148 passengers and crew when her commercial aircraft suffered engine failure.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.

Monica Barbaro, starred opposite Tom Cruise and Miles Teller in “Top Gun: Maverick.” Barbaro plays “Phoenix,” the sole female fighter pilot among the new recruits in the film.
