The 2022 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) features more than 30 education sessions focusing on the most important issues in business aviation today – from advanced air mobility to workforce issues to sustainability and much more.

“We received more than 250 proposals for NBAA-BACE topics and presentations,” said Molly Hitch, NBAA’s senior manager of professional development. “The topics selected represent a broad range of perspectives on issues important to business aviation professionals today, including sustainability efforts; diversity, equity and inclusion; and leadership, especially focusing on developing a new generation of leaders.”

Hitch said the variety of education content means there’s something for everyone. “When planning education sessions for NBAA-BACE, we aim to discuss macro-level topics applicable to the industry as a whole, such as diversity and workforce development, as well as sessions applicable to various specialties,” said Hitch. “This year’s sessions feature interactive presentations for leaders, flight crewmembers, technicians, operations and logistics professionals and more.”

New to NBAA-BACE is the Education Theater, located on the exhibit floor, which will be home to several leadership sessions and will allow attendees to make the most of their show time, integrating exhibit floor activities with education session participation.

“If you get busy on the exhibit floor or at the aircraft display, or if you can’t decide which sessions to attend, recordings of the education sessions will be available after the live events,” Hitch added.

Taking place Oct. 18-20 at Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center and nearby Orlando Executive Airport (ORL), NBAA-BACE will explore future-forward technologies and innovative perspectives, while also showcasing the very latest business aviation aircraft, products and services.
