NBAA TV: NBAA-BACE Day 2 Keynote – A ‘Top Gun’ Experience

At the 2022 NBAA-BACE Day 2 Keynote, “Top Gun: Maverick” star Monica Barbaro talked about her training to play a U.S. Navy fighter pilot. She was joined by Blue Angel Frank Weisser – the film’s front-seat pilot for Tom Cruise – and Kevin LaRosa, the movie’s aerial coordinator and stunt pilot, who shared behind-the-scenes stories about making the blockbuster sequel.
The 2022 NBAA-BACE Day 2 Keynote also featured a presentation by Tammie Jo Shults, who captained a Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700 that suffered an uncontained engine failure on April 18, 2018.
